Ned Brandenberger- President, RMP®, CMCA®

Ned has over 31 years of professional property management experience and provides management and consulting services to owners and investors on leasing, development, acquisition and sales. Ned has a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University in Agricultural Economics.  He has achieved the RMP® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the CMCA® designation from the Community Association Managers Certification Board.  Ned is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on commercial/investment real estate in Montana and Idaho, in which he represents Landlords and Tenants. He is  past president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is very involved in his community.  He serves on the City Workforce Housing Task Force, and the Urban Renewal Board.  Ned’s wife and family have been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings.


Jennifer Brandenberger- Financial Officer

Jennifer is the Financial Officer of Centana Property Management. She practiced public accounting for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in Accounting. Jennifer is also an instrument rated commercial pilot (you read that right). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, flying, and swimming. Pretty much in that order.


Jason Ponder - General Manager, Licensed Property Manager, NARPM Member

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Jason has always had a passion for addressing the needs of the people in his community. After earning a degree in Psychology from Mississippi College, Jason spent two decades working in corporate retail as a product manager for national department store chains. In his role as General Manager, he oversees all aspects of the Property Management business, bringing his keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys embarking on road trips with his partner and their beloved chihuahua, exploring the beautiful scenery of the Inland Northwest.


Noelle Hotine - Licensed Property Manager, NARPM Member

Noelle is a dedicated property manager with a talent for creating organized, welcoming spaces. With years of experience in the property management industry, Noelle excels in maintaining properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction. When not managing properties, you can find her exploring the great outdoors, camping under the stars, and finding inspiration in nature. Her love for organization extends beyond the office—she enjoys planning camping trips and outdoor adventures, bringing a sense of order to even the wildest experiences. Combining a meticulous eye for detail with a zest for life, Noelle is committed to making every property feel like home. 


Heather Harrington - Assistant Property Manager/Maintenance Coordinator

Heather was born and mostly raised in Butte, the Mining city, Montana. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Communication in 2008 and is best known for her adventurous spirit, and love of food and music. In her off time she loves to hike with her dog Jazzy, find roads not yet traveled, cook, hunt big game, kayak, hot spring, camp, fish and float the rivers. Heather's love for her family runs deep, she comes from two large Butte families, one side of the Irish descent and the other Italian.


Emily Cox - Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, Emily brings organization and enthusiasm to the property management team. With her keen attention to detail and a dedication to helping others, she provides excellent support to our clients.   Emily has a deep love for geology and a fascination with gems and minerals. Whether she’s exploring local hiking trails or collecting unique specimens, her enthusiasm for nature often inspires creative problem-solving and fresh perspectives in the office. She believes that just like rocks, every property has its own unique story, and she is here to help each one shine!


Patrick Blanchard- Licensed Property Manager and Janitorial, NARPM Member

Patrick is the backbone of our Great Falls office, bringing a strong background in plumbing and a sharp eye for detail—especially when it comes to your property! A true outdoor enthusiast, he loves hiking through Montana’s breathtaking landscapes and never passes up the chance to catch a great concert. As a devoted food connoisseur, Patrick is always ready to point you toward the best local dining spots, ensuring you get a taste of the finest flavors in town.
